Pikku-Kari Chairs
design Kari Asikainen
Pikku-Kari is a compact children’s chair from the Kari collection, originally designed by Kari Asikainen in the 1980s.
Based on the same aesthetic, ergonomic approach and durable wooden construction as the Kari series, it brings timeless Finnish design language to children’s public interiors.
The chair’s compact, square form is easy to place, while its rounded shapes make it safe and comfortable for children’s spaces.
Lightweight to handle and easy to clean, Pikku-Kari is designed for active daily use in kindergartens, childcare facilities, pre-schools, libraries and public waiting areas for children.
Pikku-Kari is available in six sizes and in two versions: with or without armrests.
Back glides help prevent the chair from tipping backwards during use.
The seat and backrest can be coloured according to the interior design plan.
